🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field required
- Master’s degree (MBA or technical discipline) preferred
- Professional certifications (ASQ CQE/CQM, Six Sigma Black Belt) preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in product design, quality, and manufacturing quality
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role managing global or multi-site quality teams
- Experience implementing or leading global Quality Management Systems
