Director, Global Process Owner – Quote-to-Cash

📋 Description

• Own MongoDB's end-to-end Quote-to-Cash architecture globally.
• Define global standards, governance, and design principles.
• Ensure scalable processes across products, pricing, geographies, and GTM.
• Design end-to-end workflows: deals, orders, billing, renewals.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Product, Eng, and GTM to align monetization.
• Lead transformation and continuous improvement of the Q2C ecosystem.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Quote-to-Cash, Rev Ops, Revenue Operations, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end Q2C workflows in a SaaS or consumption model.
• Proven experience designing and scaling global operational processes.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, and GTM.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve complex operational tradeoffs and drive alignment.
• Preferred
  • Experience supporting cloud or usage-based monetization models.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale process transformations.
  • Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue accounting and billing requirements.
  • Experience operating in complex multi-system environments.
