  • Execute a Partner-First GTM Enablement Strategy aligned to the GTM model.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in partner enablement, channel sales, or L&D in cybersecurity/enterprise SaaS.
  • Global experience enabling partners across Americas, EMEA, APJ (MSP/MSSP/VAR).
  • Proven success designing role-based, GTM-aligned learning programs.
  • Experience with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success in a partner-first org; data-driven with KPIs.
  • Executive communication; facilitation; familiar with LMS/LXP, CRM (Salesforce), content tools.
  • Advanced degree in business, learning, or related field; AI-enabled learning preferred.
