- Global experience enabling partners across Americas, EMEA, APJ (MSP/MSSP/VAR).
- Proven success designing role-based, GTM-aligned learning programs.
- Experience with Sales, Channel, and Customer Success in a partner-first org; data-driven with KPIs.
- Executive communication; facilitation; familiar with LMS/LXP, CRM (Salesforce), content tools.
- Advanced degree in business, learning, or related field; AI-enabled learning preferred.
