🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales leadership; MSP/channel experience globally (4+ yrs).
  • Direct team management of hunters and farmers (BDRs, PAEs, AMs).
  • MSP domain expertise: MSP ops, MRR, packaging, margins.
  • Program & Enablement: align sales with partner cert pathways and programs.
  • Data-driven leadership: CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) and PRM tools.
  • Travel: willing to travel globally ~25–30%.
