🎯 Requirements

  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) preferred.
  • 8+ years equity administration; 3+ years in public company.
  • Strong knowledge of equity instruments, tax, and reporting requirements.
  • Expertise with E*Trade (preferred) or other stock plan platforms.
  • Experience leading a high-performing equity administration team with multinational exposure.
