📋 Description

  • Scale a global Deal Desk by mentoring regional leaders.
  • Transform Quote-to-Cash with AI/ML to accelerate deals and score risk.
  • Modernize discounting guardrails and pricing frameworks to protect margins.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional change across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product.
  • Optimize revenue capture with non-standard contracts and global compliance.
  • Drive throughput via advanced CPQ tools and AI to reduce cycle times.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Ops, or Legal in enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record leading and scaling global teams in a public company.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, contracts, and ASC 606.
  • Expert-level Salesforce CPQ and knowledge of subscription billing and ERP.
  • Hands-on AI/ML experience to drive automation and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business; Master’s preferred.

🎁 Benefits

  • Base salary is one component of our compensation package.
  • Base salary range between $240,000 to $275,000; location-based.
  • Eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.

  • Hybrid work: 3 days in office / 2 days remote.
