🎯 Requirements

- Certifications such as CEBS, GPHR, CCP.
- Expertise across global health, retirement, insurance, wellbeing, and leave programs.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks across US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
- Experience managing global vendors and large-scale negotiations.
