Develop global benefits strategy that aligns to business goals and employee wellbeing.
Design and manage benefits programs across markets (health, retirement, time off, wellness).
Lead global benefits harmonization while respecting local culture and regulatory requirements.
Serve as primary internal advisor on global benefits trends, risks, and opportunities.
Ensure all plans comply with local regulations and labor laws.
Partner with Legal to manage audits, filings, and plan documentation.

🎯 Requirements

18+ years of progressive experience in global benefits management.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Certifications such as CEBS, GPHR, CCP.
Expertise across global health, retirement, insurance, wellbeing, and leave programs.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks across US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
Experience managing global vendors and large-scale negotiations.
