📋 Description

  • Develop global benefits strategy that aligns to business goals and employee wellbeing.
  • Design and manage benefits programs across markets (health, retirement, time off, wellness).
  • Lead global benefits harmonization while respecting local culture and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as primary internal advisor on global benefits trends, risks, and opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

  • 18+ years of progressive experience in global benefits management.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Certifications such as CEBS, GPHR, CCP.
  • Expertise across global health, retirement, insurance, wellbeing, and leave programs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks across US, EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
  • Experience managing global vendors and large-scale negotiations.
