Director FP&A Private Equity

📋 Description

• Lead the development and delivery of FP&A services for Private Equity portfolio companies.
• Build a diagnostic framework to enhance finance functions within the CFO Office.
• Develop relationships with portfolio company reps and sponsors to scope and deliver client service.
• Identify growth opportunities to expand FP&A capabilities.
• Oversee end-to-end FP&A engagements: scoping, staffing, and quality control.
• Lead coaching and mentorship within the practice.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of senior FP&A and/or consulting experience with PE exposure.
• Experience with Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
• Proven ability to build, mentor, and standardize FP&A teams.
• Deep cash flow, debt structures, covenant reporting, value creation, and exit/diligence knowledge.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with pragmatic, decision-focused judgment.
• Proficiency with ERP/EPM platforms and data analytics tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Python).
