Director – FP&A Manufacturing & Industrials – Private Equity Advisory

📋 Description

• Lead client delivery for Private Equity portfolio in Manufacturing & Industrials.
• Own origination, expansion, and account strategy for 3–5+ sponsors.
• Lead FP&A projects and guide project teams to outcomes.
• Create board-ready reporting, budgets, forecasts, and 13-week cash flow.
• Advise on tech stack: SAP, Oracle Fusion, NetSuite, OneStream, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Develop offerings, go-to-market, recruiting, training, and sales enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• 10-15+ years in FP&A for Manufacturing & Industrials.
• 7-9+ years FP&A with Private Equity exposure; board-level engagement.
• Ownership mindset; excels in unstructured environments.
• Proven origination and expansion targets ownership.
• Familiar with SAP, Oracle Fusion, Infor SyteLine, NetSuite, OneStream, SQL, Tableau, Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/CA preferred; willing to travel up to 30%.
