Lead monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting for Exec Leadership and Board.
Own forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning including the Annual Operating Plan.
Drive monthly/quarterly close with variance analysis and risk/opportunity reporting.
Develop robust financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and planning.
Lead FP&A systems with NetSuite and Adaptive Planning for data integrity.
Partner with department leaders to provide financial guidance and decision support.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
10+ years FP&A or corporate finance with leadership responsibility.
Advanced financial modeling skills.
Strong experience with NetSuite and Workday Adaptive Planning (or similar).
Ability to translate complex financial data into clear insights for exec and non-financial stakeholders.
Current FP&A tools include Looker and Office 365.
