📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Develop and maintain rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and models for SaaS
• Drive forecasting accuracy through deep understanding of operational drivers
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports with KPIs to stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis to support investments and opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10+ years of FP&A at high-growth companies, with 3+ years leading teams
• Strong background in SaaS financial modeling, metrics, analytics
• Entrepreneurial, roll up your sleeves mentality
• Data-driven decision maker with exceptional problem-solving
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with stakeholders
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
