Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the FP&A function; develop processes, frameworks, and reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, and KPI dashboards.
• Oversee system implementations and drive scalable FP&A processes.
• Partner with CFO and leadership to align FP&A strategy.
• Establish multi-entity reporting structures for the firm.
• Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A, financial modeling, and business analysis.
• Proven track record building or scaling FP&A in a growing org.
• Experience with system implementations and multi-entity consolidations.
• Experience with FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, NetSuite or similar).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate data into insights.
