🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years FP&A leadership with senior-level partnering.
- Excellent communication, judgment, and leadership in fast-growth.
- Builds strong partnerships with functional leaders to align plans.
- Experience with modern FP&A systems; Adaptive Planning preferred.
- Own KPI definitions, dashboards, and metric governance.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA preferred.
