Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own and evolve revenue forecasting and budgeting models for planning.
• Lead revenue analytics across bookings, ARR, retention, and segment performance.
• Oversee MOR package with executive-ready variances and actionable insights.
• Improve predictability via KPI definitions, governance, and scenario analysis.
• Model recurring and transactional revenues: SaaS and payments.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, CS, Ops, and Accounting to align on drivers.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive finance with FP&A ownership; leadership preferred.
• Experience in B2B SaaS + FinTech/payments.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI).
• Exposure to enterprise FP&A systems (Planful).
• Deep expertise in SaaS revenue modeling and recurring metrics (ARR, churn).
