Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Build and develop a world-class FP&A team
• Own the annual budget process and forecast inputs
• Partner with leaders to refine strategic outlooks and funding requests
• Design and coordinate monthly budget vs actual process
• Oversee Procure-to-Pay and Purchase Order controls
• Develop weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting packages and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or Accounting
• Minimum of 10 years FP&A experience including budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytics
• Hands-on, roll up the sleeves leadership with ability to manage multiple competing interests
• A doer and a teacher. Experience building a team with emphasis on development
• Experience with Microsoft D365, Adaptive Planning and Workday
• Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
