Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Own the annual FP&A process, forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Build driver-based forecasts grounded in operations.
• Deliver timely budget vs. actual analysis with drivers.
• Provide client/cohort insights: top clients, onboarding, churn.
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.
• Prepare materials for execs, Board, investors; data room support.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Experience in fintech/payments or transaction-based tech.
• End-to-end planning/forecasting ownership in high-growth global env.
• Driver-based models reflecting actual business behavior.
• Strong judgment; challenge assumptions and anticipate questions.
• Clear communication of insights to execs, Board, investors.
• Excel proficiency and modern FP&A tools.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, large data sets, multiple priorities.
