📋 Description

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly re-forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Drive top-line revenue planning and ROI-driven decisions.
• Own Board-level reporting and executive dashboards.
• Oversee Drivetrain implementation and financial systems optimization.
• Mentor FP&A team and partner cross-functionally.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or quantitative field.
• 8+ years in corporate finance/FP&A or investment banking; 2+ years in management.
• Board-level materials and executive dashboard experience.
• Advanced three-statement modeling, forecasting, and unit economics expertise.
• Experience with CPM tools (Anaplan, Pigment, Drivetrain) or similar.
• MBA or CPA preferred; strong data/BI and dashboards.
