Director, FP&A

📋 Description

• Lead Corporate FP&A team; oversee expense planning, forecasting, and reporting
• Own near-term and long-term forecasts; identify risks and opportunities
• Drive monthly financial analysis for exec leadership and Board reporting
• Oversee annual planning and long-range financial models
• Partner with Finance and business functions to ensure accurate inputs
• Drive continuous improvement and data integrity across FP&A processes

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years FP&A with corporate planning and people mgmt
• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred
• Strong accounting principles and financial statement modeling
• Advanced Excel; FP&A systems (Adaptive Planning preferred)
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Superior communication; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
