• Oversee and build FP&A team; partner with Corporate Controller.
• Lead strategic planning, forecasting, reporting, and capital allocation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; MBA, CFA, CPA preferred.
• 10-12+ years in senior finance leadership.
• 5-7+ years in SaaS/tech startups; US or Canada.
• Proven track record building finance function from scratch.
• FP&A tools expertise; data integrity with engineering teams.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving.
