Hands-on role building agents and prompts in production
Ensure production-grade evals, observability, and clean handoffs
Own deployment lifecycle from discovery to production
Hire, manage, and develop embedded engineers
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and G&A to set the roadmap

🎯 Requirements

Hands-on coding with LLMs, agents, and prod systems
Strong knowledge of LangChain, prompts, tool use, RAG
Proficiency in Python, APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms
Ability to ship ROI with clear KPIs and roadmaps
Excellent stakeholder management and leadership
Experience with enterprise data governance and security
