🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Microbiology or related; advanced degree preferred
- HACCP, PCQI, and or Certified Food Safety Manager credentials required
- 10+ years in food safety quality or regulatory leadership in ready-to-eat/high-compliance environments
- Proven track record scaling food safety programs at site or multi-site in high-growth ops
- Deep expertise in FDA, USDA and local regulatory frameworks and preventive controls
- Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and cross-functional alignment
