Director, Fluid Systems Test

📋 Description

• Lead Fluids Test org for propulsion, thermal, ECLSS, and fluid hardware testing.
• Develop long-term fluids test strategy from development to qualification.
• Build and scale a multidisciplinary test engineering team.
• Oversee design and operation of test stands, cryogenic and vacuum systems.
• Define and drive integrated test campaigns for performance and safety.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align test objectives and schedules.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical Engineering, or related.
• 10+ years in aerospace, military/defense, launch vehicle, spacecraft, propulsion, or complex fluid systems testing.
• 5+ years leading engineering or test teams; technical leadership.
• Experience developing and scaling fluid, propulsion, thermal, or cryogenic test infrastructure.
• Strong instrumentation, DAQ, controls integration, automation, and test operations.
• Experience leading high-risk operations with hazardous fluids, cryogenic, or oxygen systems.
