Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

📋 Description

• Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Partner with senior leaders and business lines to drive growth.
• Develop budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecasts.
• Create reporting infrastructure and scenario analyses.
• Deliver dashboards and executive-level insights.
• Identify risks, opportunities, and recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or comparable advanced credential.
• 10+ years of PQE in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong experience in corporate-level financial reporting and forecasting.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage complex datasets.
• Clear written and verbal communication for executive reporting.
• Experience mentoring junior team members.
