🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years FP&A or strategic finance experience
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or software businesses
- Strong SaaS metrics understanding: ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV, churn
- Advanced financial modelling in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience preparing executive and board-level reporting
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
