🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in audit and/or financial due diligence (Big4 preferred).
- 6+ years current FDD experience with buy-side and sell-side engagements.
- Proven Quality of Earnings reporting; strong with Adjusted EBITDA, NWC, Net Debt.
- Lead engagements with CFOs, Controllers, and PE deal teams.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial statement analysis.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; build/review complex models and client decks.
- Experience with data tools (Power BI, Alteryx) to analyze large data sets.
- Mentor juniors and contribute to team performance; adapt to AI/tech tools.
