Director - Financial Due Diligence - Private Equity Advisory

📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight of financial due diligence; challenge assumptions, identify risks.
• Own the narrative and messaging of diligence reports; tailor conclusions for buyer or seller.
• Senior client lead; guide meetings with CFOs, Controllers, Partners, and PE sponsors.
• Ensure final deliverables are concise, commercially focused, and aligned with client objectives.
• Lead FDD for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including QOE, NWC, Net Debt, and cash flow.
• Oversee multiple engagement teams; set priorities and drive efficient execution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of audit and/or financial due diligence experience.
• 6+ years of current FDD with direct buy-side and sell-side ownership.
• Proven experience issuing Quality of Earnings reports; strong EBITDA, NWC, Net Debt knowledge.
• Lead engagements with CFOs, Controllers, and PE deal teams.
• Strong technical accounting with deep GAAP knowledge.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; build and review complex models and client-ready decks.
