📋 Description

• Own Motive’s financial narrative and communications strategy.
• Lead corporate, financial, and internal communications across channels.
• Shape messaging for media, investors, employees, partners.
• Coordinate messaging with Finance, IR, Legal, Marketing, and executives.
• Manage day-to-day with PR agencies and crisis response.
• Draft external materials: press releases, statements, briefs.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in corporate communications and PR; B2B/public company.
• Experience supporting high-growth tech with funding, scale, or pre-IPO.
• Translate complex financial strategy into clear internal/external messaging.
• Strong media relations with business/financial journalists.
• In-house and PR agency experience.
• Familiarity with M&A comms and corporate transactions.
