📋 Description

• Define multi-year roadmap for Finance tech stack (ERP, P2P, revenue/billing, treasury, close).
• Lead a high-performing Finance Technology team and partner with Finance stakeholders for outcomes.
• Drive AI-native transformation across Finance with high-value AI use cases.
• Design and optimize end-to-end Finance workflows: P2P, R2R, O2C.
• Own IT General Controls and audit readiness for Finance systems with Internal Audit and Security.
• Manage Finance systems portfolio, budgets, vendor selection, and ROI analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in enterprise Finance technology with ownership of Finance systems at a tech or SaaS company.
• 4+ years leading teams responsible for ERP, procure-to-pay, revenue/billing, and financial close.
• Deep SOX ITGC experience with Internal Audit and external auditors.
• Fluency in ERP/Finance architecture (NetSuite/Oracle, Coupa) and integration patterns.
• Ability to partner with Finance leadership and translate complexity into clear technical decisions.
• Experience guiding Finance tech through IPO readiness or major transformation; AI in Finance a plus.
