🎯 Requirements

12+ years of experience in Finance systems or related operational tech.
Deep hands-on Oracle Fusion Financials (Procurement, EPM, OAC) and integrations.
Strong understanding of core Finance processes; translate into scalable system architecture.
Proven track record leading cross-functional programs in an enterprise environment.
SOX controls, access controls, seg of duties, and change management.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management; translate complex topics for Finance leaders.
