Director, Finance Supply Chain and Material Management

📋 Description

• Lead the Supply Chain Finance team; set inventory planning direction.
• Drive end-to-end improvements across finance and supply chain.
• Establish frameworks to track inventory movements aligned with MRP.
• Oversee BOM to MRP reconciliation and cost analysis.
• Build and maintain cost models across product blocks and flight units.
• Partner with Eng, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on BOM/cost projections.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Finance/Accounting; 10+ years FP&A or SCF in aerospace.
• Deep understanding of MRP, BOM, inventory mgmt, and manufacturing cost accounting.
• Proven ability to build complex financial models for cost reduction and production scaling.
• Experience with variance analysis, cost reconciliation, root cause analysis in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• SQL and relational database experience with ERP data (nice-to-have).
