Provide strategic financial leadership for sustainability, planning, scenario analysis.
Prepare and present financial statements, variance analyses, and board reports.
Oversee grant and contribution agreement compliance, funder reporting.
Ensure adherence to CRA regs, ASNPO, and relevant legislation.
Lead annual audit and liaison with external auditors.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in finance & operations with 5+ years in nonprofit leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business admin, or related field.
CPA designation preferred.
Experience presenting to Boards and non-financial audiences.
Familiarity with government grants and multi-funder reporting.
Experience leading cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, IT, Admin).
