Director, Finance, M&A

📋 Description

• Lead the finance workstream across the full M&A lifecycle: due diligence, accounting, integration.
• Partner with Corporate Development and Legal on deal structuring and modeling.
• Drive post-merger integration: process alignment, systems, and reporting consolidation.
• Assess synergies, risks, and operational impacts of targets.
• Lead accounting initiatives, including SOX and automation with IT using Workday and AI analytics.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA/MBA preferred.
• 8+ years in corporate finance, accounting, or transaction services; SaaS/tech preferred.
• Hands-on M&A experience: due diligence, purchase accounting, post-merger integration.
• Strong US GAAP, consolidation, technical accounting, and financial reporting.
• Experience with Workday; NetSuite familiarity a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills; able to lead cross-functional initiatives.
