- Act as product owner for Emburse Finance systems, NetSuite and BillingPlatform, roadmap and day-to-day health
- Bring a strong product and delivery mindset, agile and scrum practices to drive predictable execution
- Lead design and optimization of Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Revenue Recognition processes in a SaaS environment
- Partner with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure systems support how Finance actually works

- Ensure configurations and workflows meet GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in finance, enterprise, or business systems leadership within a SaaS/high-growth tech company
- Deep, hands-on NetSuite experience, including ownership of core accounting and operational finance workflows
- Strong experience with SaaS billing, subscriptions, and revenue recognition (BillingPlatform a plus)
- Hit-the-ground-running mindset with ability to assess systems, identify gaps, and drive improvements
- Swiss Army Knife skill set: product instincts, agile/delivery, and stakeholder engagement
- Operational finance mindset—think like Accounting and Revenue teams
