🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive finance experience
- Background in investment banking; private equity or growth equity preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis
- Startup experience in high-growth environments
- Excellent written and oral communication; cross-functional collaboration
- Leadership experience mentoring a small team
