- Support SOX controls and automate finance processes; drive data integrity
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required; Big Four background strongly preferred
- 8+ years in corporate finance/accounting, SaaS experience preferred
- 4+ years managing global, complex environments
- Direct M&A experience: due diligence, purchase accounting, integration
- Strong US GAAP knowledge, consolidation, SEC reporting, technical accounting
