Own the General Ledger; manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and GL.
Media Spend Management; reconcile pass-through media costs and ensure correct client budgets.
Cash Flow Control; monitor burn rate and runway with real-time liquidity views.
Month-End Close; implement disciplined close and produce P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow.
Systems Implementation; build scalable financial workflows and controls (billing, expense management).

🎯 Requirements

5+ years hands-on finance/accounting experience.
Experience in AdTech, MarTech, or Digital Agencies; high-volume pass-throughs.
0-to-1 startup experience; hands-on builder, not delegation.
Expert in QuickBooks Online (or Xero) and Excel.
Fundraising literacy; Venture Debt/Equity knowledge.
Based in the Tri-State area (NY/NJ/CT).
