Director, Field Security (Remote Eligible)

📋 Description

• Deal acceleration - Respond to customer security questionnaires and remove deal impediments.
• Security advisory - Provide security guidance for internal operations and customer engagements.
• Security evangelism - Share industry-wide security expertise via podcasts, panels, and leadership.
• Leadership - Lead and grow a unified Field Security team.
• Operational excellence - Improve processes to handle higher volumes and speed.
• Metrics & reporting - Develop metrics and reporting to track SLA performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Security Solutions, Sales Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years building and leading high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, ISO, SOC 2, and FedRAMP.
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP are preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; public speaking or external content experience.
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
