🎯 Requirements

  • 4-year degree from an accredited university
  • BS or MS in Engineering from an accredited university
  • 7+ years managing a Sales Engineering team selling cloud-managed hardware
  • Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining leadership talent
  • Experience creating scalable feedback loops for leadership to improve processes
  • Experience with SE capacity planning across global segments
