📋 Description

  • Regional Strategy, Roadmap & KPI alignment with EMEA and APJ revenue targets.
  • Localised Execution: translate global enablement into regional success; adapt content for local markets.
  • Gap Analysis: assess sales team skills and performance to identify readiness gaps.
  • Executive Partnership: align enablement KPIs with regional revenue targets with EMEA/APJ GMs.
  • Onboarding: manage onboarding across multiple time zones to reduce Time-to-Productivity.
  • Product & AI Readiness: train on new features in Rubrik Security Cloud and Rubrik Agent Cloud.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership within a high-growth SaaS or Cybersecurity.
  • 5+ years leading international teams across EMEA and APJ.
  • Deep understanding of the international landscape, regional business practices, and the cybersecurity market.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Highspot/Seismic (CMS), and LMS; AI-assisted coaching tools a plus.
  • Strategic architect: build systems and frameworks that drive predictable revenue.
  • Executive presence; able to present to senior leadership.
