📋 Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive reimbursement and patient access strategy.
• Lead a team of Field Reimbursement Managers; coaching and support.
• Oversee FRM tools and strategies with pharmacies and health systems.
• Manage the Pharmacy Network: evaluate and manage institutional pharmacies.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and corporate policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to address access challenges.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree; master's degree or equivalent a plus.
• 10+ years in field reimbursement or sales in pharma/healthcare, including rare disease launches.
• 5+ years leading high-performing teams (Sr Director level).
• Experience in Patient Services, Market Access, Reimbursement, or Patient Access Management.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes and regulations (HIPAA/OIG).
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and data analysis skills; up to 60% travel.
