🎯 Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B field marketing in high-growth SaaS/tech.
  • Proven success owning regional field marketing strategy and driving pipeline.
  • Experience leading complex events portfolios: tradeshows, executive events, ABM.
  • People-management experience coaching and developing marketers.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles; aligned with Sales and SDR.
  • Data-driven with CRM and marketing automation: Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and exec-level presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and fast-paced.
  • Willingness to travel for key field events.
