📋 Description

• Lead BridgeBio's federal policy strategy with Congress and agencies.
• Represent BridgeBio in national debates on drug development and access.
• Build and sustain relationships with lawmakers, staff, and coalitions.
• Translate policy shifts into strategic guidance for enterprise planning.
• Shape federal engagement aligned with scientific objectives.
• Collaborate across Regulatory, Commercial, and R&D to embed policy considerations.
• Support senior leadership with briefings and external engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in federal government affairs or life-sciences policy.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Senior-level relationships in Democratic House offices.
• Established relationships with Congress, agencies, White House.
• Knowledge of health policy, drug development, regulatory frameworks.
• FDA policy, clinical development, incentives for innovation, rare diseases.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
