- 10+ years in federal government affairs or life-sciences policy.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Senior-level relationships in Democratic House offices.
- Established relationships with Congress, agencies, White House.
- Knowledge of health policy, drug development, regulatory frameworks.
- FDA policy, clinical development, incentives for innovation, rare diseases.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
