  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Senior-level relationships in Democratic House offices.
  • Established relationships with Congress, agencies, White House.
  • Knowledge of health policy, drug development, regulatory frameworks.
  • FDA policy, clinical development, incentives for innovation, rare diseases.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
