- Fluent with AI-powered talent intelligence and sourcing tools; LinkedIn Recruiter; Boolean search; ATS (Greenhouse/Workday).
- Strong executive presence; C-suite advisory; discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus; DEI focus.
