📋 Description

• Lead strategy, production, and execution of Chief’s national events.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale in-person events with travel.
• Oversee production timelines, budgets, and on-site execution.
• Own venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and activations.
• Cross-functional leadership across Programming, Community, Marketing, and Experience.
• Ensure events comply with safety, regulations, and brand standards.

• Experience managing complex event budgets and reporting to leaders.
• Lead small teams and external vendors with accountability.
• Strong project management and operational rigor with creativity.
• Venue sourcing, vendor negotiations, and partnerships.
• Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.
• Willing to travel frequently; NYC metro on-site 3 days.
• Ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs; flexible hours for events.
