Director, Equity Admin

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day admin of equity platforms, plans, and awards (grants, vesting, ESPP).
• Lead and develop a high-performing equity team; drive operational excellence.
• Build and scale processes and controls for a global public company; SEC/IRS/SOX compliance.
• Serve as equity plan expert; advise Legal, Finance, Accounting, People, leadership.
• Partner with Legal/Accounting on equity and cap table reporting (83(b), SEC forms).
• Maintain equity systems accuracy; oversee Schwab Equiview and Computershare.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years in equity administration, including 5+ years leading teams.
• Deep knowledge of ISO/NSO/RSU/PSU/ESPP and ASC 718.
• Extensive SEC reporting, IRS, audits, SOX, and foreign equity compliance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Growth mindset; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
