🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on ML/DL research (PhD preferred).
• Publications in top ML/AI venues (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL).
• Track record delivering major research impacts in fast-paced settings.
• Experience leading or managing research teams and mentoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence executives and partners.
