🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years leading IT operations, infrastructure, or support teams
- Proven experience managing leaders in a matrixed IT org
- Experience operating Tier 0–Tier 2 IT support model
- Exposure to multi-domain IT environments: infra, security, endpoint, apps
- Experience with ITSM platforms and vendor performance management
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business; MBA preferred; fluent in English
