Define and manage the AI use-case pipeline across all functions.
Own the organizational AI operating model to enable scalable capability.
Establish enterprise AI architecture with strategic framework and reusable patterns.
Lead the AI Enablement team delivering use cases and automation.
Coordinate governance with Legal, Security, Compliance, and People teams.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in SaaS, enterprise software, or transformation roles.
3–5+ years leading AI adoption, automation, or change programs.
Hands-on with AI/GenAI platforms OpenAI, Anthropic, Copilot; LLMs/APIs.
Proven ability to drive organizational change across cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and executive presentation skills.
Experience building and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced settings.
Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, data privacy, and evolving regulations.
