• 10+ years of program management across Software, Engineering, and Operations.
• Proven experience growing high-performing teams with empathy and inclusive communication.
• Influence division-wide priorities and navigate ambiguity.
• Build collaborative relationships, even when delivering difficult feedback.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI-driven project management tools and data analytics.
• Capable of diagnosing and fixing workflow problems and continuous improvement.
