- Own the engineering vision for the Views Platform and Reporting pillar.
- Lead 3-4 teams of engineering managers and principal engineers.

- Define pillar goals with SLO/SLA targets and reliability signals.
- Guide cross team initiatives and plan for future scale.
🎯 Requirements
- 11+ years of software engineering and system architecture experience.
- 5+ years in engineering leadership across multiple management layers.
- Track record operating tier-0 services at five-nines availability.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into business outcomes.
- Experience leading full-stack engineering organizations backend + frontend fluency.
- Experience building cloud-native services on AWS with observability SLO/SLA.
